On the last month off 2008 i was riding along a long stretch of road in the back country of the high lands, so i decided to take a pit stopand leave my helmet on my bike not thinking about some one taking it when i return to my bike my to my suprise it was gone this is why i decided to buy a motorcycle helmet lock with this new motorcycle helmet lock my helmet will remain safe so if you had your helmet stolen go get one.
MY helmet was never to be seen again but i know it will never happen to me again because of the helmet lock that i just got but the sad part is this is happening all over the world and we need to let the world no that we will unite and stop this from happening.
One of the good things that came out of this was that i was able to save one of my friend from having his stolen as well
two week after some young kid try to take his helmet off his bike but the day before i bought hin a motorcycle helmet lock, it really works.
What would have happen if i did not buy theat lock he would have his helmet stolen just like mine but well will unit and stop this from happening itf you dont have a helmet lock get one for you and your friends.

Feeling smothered..how do you break it off?
I have been dating a guy for six months. At the beginning we had a great time. We did all of the things together that I have enjoyed doing since I was a teenager..car shows, motorcycle riding, rock concerts, etc. I was just getting out of a 4 year relationship when I met this new guy.. I feel like I am being smothered. I have tried to back peddle in the relationship but now he claims to be in love with me and wants us to begin working toward marriage. I don't want any of this and wish we could "go back" to the first 3 months of the relationship and not be so serious. I don't think this is possible but now I have a love sick puppy on my hands and don't want to hurt his feelings. It has come to the point where I am trying to avoid him..which causes more problems.

I am a single male 62 yrs. mobile but not running marathons. I like to travel either cruise or fly to almost anywhere without much prior notice of where I am going. I am a non smoker and non drinker. I am looking for someone that wants to share expenses with traveling. I like to do many different things ex: dancing, camping, thrift stores, traveling (car, cruise, fly) either overnight or weekends or much longer,, photography, computers, listening to music, going to the movies, very easygoing and very handy around the house. dining out, reading, watching TV, car shows, motorcycling, fishing, visiting ghost towns, exploring towns that I haven't been to. does a scale model infringe copyright?
I build hand-made model hearses, and I found photos online showing motorcycle hearses. I made a small version, using my own design and mould, and I have now found out that someone holds an intellectual property rights patent on his design of motorcycle hearse sidecar.
Does anyone know if a scale model (1:18, 15cm in length) would infringe copyright on patent for an actual funeral vehicle, bearing in mind that I created my own design, which is different to the actual patent designs of the real hearse?

The owner of the patent also told me he has Intellectual Property rights on the design and construction.
I made my model completely by hand, and other than it being attached to the side of a model in the same way as the actual hearse, the model was created entirely by myself without copying anyone elses designs (I can create my own designs without having to copy anyone else!)
