Motorcycle Riding Gear Your First Line of Defense

Motorcycle Riding Gear also known as protective gear should be worn by all bike riders. Protective Riding Gear serves many purposes . Protective Riding Gear protects riders from injuries from motorcycle accidents.

For best protection riders should wear full face motorcycle helmets to protect the head and face from impact and abrasions. All riders should wear a heavy weight leather motorcycle jacket and heavy weight leather chaps.

Both are designed to protect a rider from injuries. Other pieces you should wear are leather boots that cover the ankle area and also leather gloves. When a rider falls the first thing that hits the ground is your hands this should be remembered when purchasing gloves. Another purpose this gear serves is to keep you warm when riding in cold weather.

I have found you can ride in comfort down to 25 degrees when wearing layered clothing with a pair of chaps and insulated gloves. You should wear a helmet that has a shield to keep the cold wind from your face. Also remember to stay alert in cold weather due to slower reaction times and remember when its below freezing you make ride over some ice on road which could make for a bad day.

Wear the proper gear and you are ready for most anything that the weather can throw at you. Remember to ride safe till then hope to see you out on the open road.

Anyone find my attraction strange?
Like I'm more attracted to girls who do something. For example I like the woman in riding gear tearing up the dirt rather than the bikini model posing atop a dirtbike.

Hey there everyone!!! I'm 18 and i have had a couple of lessons in my childhood and i recently discided that i want to take it up, my mum says that its stupid and thinks it a waste of time and that i should do my childcare education instead (when in fact we do most,if not ALL of our work at college anyway, so i never have any work to do at home). Anyway, i have asked my local stables if i could help to muck out before i ride( to get to know the horses first) But The pony club (13-22 years of age) is £22 a yr and my mum does want me to do that either!! Please help how do i convince my mum to take up horse riding!!!!!!! 1. Is it Still Considered Embarrassing to Loose a Fight to A Girl?
So we all know that girls have gotten a lot stronger, and participate in a lot more sports that they used to just a few years ago. Don't get me wrong here, I am not suggesting I would ever hurt a girl, and I do think that by average most guys are stronger, but I have to admit, there are some tough, but cute girls that workout a lot, have skill and have gotten really muscular and equal the playing field. So my question is; Is it still an embarrassment to get beat by a girl? I was traveling with a group to a horse show in another state, and after a 7 hour drive, and a 5 hour show that got rained on halfway through, this guy got a little testy with this girl who kept riding his back. She was very pretty, tall, thin, long ponytail, but in addition to being thin, you could tell she was all muscle, and a tough farm girl. He finally snapped I guess, when in the afternoon she just walked into the guy's campsite totally un-announced and started reading orders off her board. He was still in all his riding gear icluding skin tight riding breeches, and she told him he had to go to the store with a list of things to pick up. He told her he had to change first, but she told him he didn't have time, so he said something on the order of, "who died and made you little Queenie." Then she stood right up in his face and stared at him.. Then she was like, "here's you're list" and smacked the list against his chest. Rather than just take it, like a guy twice her size, he shoved her back! She stumbled but grabbed the waistband of his pants to stay up, he tried to spin he off balance and throw her down but she strained her legs and pushed backwars, slamming him back first into the trailer. His back was against the trailer and she was in front of him, so he grabbed her around the waist. She elbowed him in the face, and if that wasn't enough to ring his bell, his head flew back and hit the trailer. Somehow he was still hanging on to her, so she grabbed his crotch. I can tell you from experience that tight riding breeches make that a pretty easy target on a guy, and you could tell she had everything he owned in one hand! She could have wrecked him, after all farm girls have seen horses get castrated. But he was like, "okay okay." She glared at him for a second, then just let go of him, she slipped her hair back in place, picked her clipboard up, and just went right back to work. --- I swear I felt like cheering for her or something!! He wiped his face on his shirt, readjusted his crotch ;) and got his butt in the truck and went to the store. So here's the thing though, yes he got beat by a girl............ But man she is a toughie......... So is it embarrassing, or should he just get over it?

What Riding Gear Was Tomcat Wearing ... Laguna Sega?
He was passing #77 on the Corkscrew as I was photographing the event in 2001 and had my camera set in Black/white mode so I can't see the color to help identify it. Plz help and if you know the spark plug gap for a 1969 Greeves 360 Challenger that would be nice also as I'm planning to buy one as my last dirt-bike.
