Motorcycle trousers/pants to suit Ducati monster?
I need motorbike trousers that are safe but suit a Ducati Monster!?
Ok, i have recently purchased a lovely shiny red n white Ducati monster s2r.
i have the Ducati dainese leather jacket with full armour, i have a dainese back protector, im probably looking at either sidi or oxtar boots of some description but where i'd like ideas is in the trousers dept (or so to speak)

I know its about safety and not fashion but i just dont like the tight racey look of majority leather trousers ive seen so far and they dont look right with the style of my bike, i just wanted some trousers that look normal fitting with armour in black or khaki,,,,ideas?????

Motorcycle trousers... Over your normal clothes?
This may seem like a silly question, but I'm just getting into riding and wondered if I should be wearing (textile) protective trousers over my normal ones when riding, or just the proctective trousers? I'm mostly commuting and would rather get to work and have normal clothes on underneath rather than change...

tailors mucked up my trousers!!?
hi, i bought a pair of leather motorcycle trousers 2 weeks ago.
i needed the knee slider velcro moved more the the front of the knee so i took them to a local sewing shop and told the lady what i wanted her to do.
she said yes she could do it.
a few days later i picked them up, but as they were closing i didn't have chance to inspect there and then.
when i got home the right knee was "ok" but the left was a joke! the velcro patch has been put on a totally different angle and about 1 inch lower then the other also she has sewn a big chunk of leather together so i cant even put the armor back it!!!
for someone who does it for a living its a joke! a monkey could have done better.
the trousers cost me £200 and even if i was to get them put right i dont feel id be happy with them anymore and there will be pin holes where she went wrong.
where do i stand? realy i want her to pay for new trousers but if this is going to take months to claim then she should at least fix them for free and refund what ive already paid.
what would you do?

Rayven Zenith motorcycle trousers?
I bought a Rayven Zenith Motorcycle jacket early in the year and now want to buy armoured trousers to go with them. The jacket has a fairly short zip in the back and I was wondering if anyone knows if there's specifically a matching trouser that will zip into this jacket?
