Rayven Zenith motorcycle trousers?
I bought a Rayven Zenith Motorcycle jacket early in the year and now want to buy armoured trousers to go with them. The jacket has a fairly short zip in the back and I was wondering if anyone knows if there's specifically a matching trouser that will zip into this jacket? Thanks

Do newer motorcycle jackets have thinner padding?
I went into the motorcycle accessories shop the other day and noticed that most of the jackets with "standard" padding have very thin pads compared to my old Alpine Star jacket. The salesperson told me that that's the direction jacket design has been headed in lately. Is this true? The salesperson insisted it's just as safe, but I feel safer with my old jacket b/c the padding feels almost twice as thick. Are new jackets really less padded? Are old jackets safer? Can I get more padding somehow?
