Where can I get "motorcycle gloves" (leather gloves)?
Similar to these...(preferably in women's gloves, but if men's gloves fit me, I'll take 'em). http://www.amazon.com/Mens-Driving-Gloves-Black-White/dp/B000I7SW6O/ref=pd_bbs_3?ie=UTF8&s=apparel&qid=1229758941&sr=8-3 I prefer to try them on in person to see if they have snug fit, therefore I don't want to order from the web. I live in NYC (if you have any particular store in mind I could go to out here).

Heated Motorcycle Gloves for Winter.?
This question is for all those who have used any heated gear, from firstgear to Technic, etc. I just bought the firstgear carbon heated gloves (2009), as my hands get very cold when I ride. When I called up the company, they told me that it came with the heating troller (which is needed to operate any of their heating gear.) Well, somebody goofed, and all the other heated gear thats not technic does come with the troller. So the question is, do I drop another $60 on the troller, or should I try going with another brand? My initial decision was based off of the reviews for tourmasters heated gloves, in which I heard things like "the finger tips don't heat up," or "the thumbs get no heat whatsoever." Where as, Technic's gloves had some reviews like "These gloves are so nice, half the time you don't need to even use the heating function." Those of you with a little more experience with any brands of heated gear, please chime in and let me know your thoughts, get the troller, or make an exchange?!

Are my motorcycle gloves protective enough?
I have a pair of perforated leather motorcycle gloves. They are reinforced in the palms and seem sufficient to me to keep the skin on my hands and fingers during a slide, but they have none of the armor on the knuckles or fingers that I notice a lot of other gloves have. Is it worth it to invest in a pair of more protective gloves? And if so, can anybody recommend a good pair in the sub $50 range? Thanks I ride a cruiser, I don't push the limits but I do go on the highway, so speed is an issue.

Motorcycle gloves how to break in?
I've always had textile gloves when riding. I'm planning on purchasing leather full-gauntlet gloves. To break them in I've heard you're supposed to put them on, get them fully wet with water, then wear them around so they shrink to the contours of your hand. Is this true?
