The 2009 Neiman Marcus Christmas Catalog is out, and in addition to jewelry, clothing, shoes, and accessories, it also has its famous luxury items. Here are some of the luxury items in this year's Neiman Marcus Christmas Catalog.

Michelle Brand Sustainable Chandelier, $12, 000. Made from the bottoms of 366 plastic bottles rescued from landfills, the chandelier is five feet long, and two feet in diameter.

Hall Artisan Wine and Art Experience, $20, 000. This gift gives you a look into the world of winemaking with Kathryn and Craig Hall, giving you an opportunity to make your own vintage wine, tour through the Hall Estates and art collection, and stay at the Auberge Resorts Calistoga Ranch.

Cupcake Car, $25, 000. The cupcake car travels at a speed of 7 miles per hour, powered by a 24-volt electric motor and heavy duty battery. According to the catalog, the car can be "tricked out with your favorite topping."

Algonquin Round Table Experience, $200, 000. You can have a private dinner at New York's Algonquin Hotel with at least eight authors, drawn from the following list: Christopher Buckley, Roz Chast, Delia Ephron, Nora Ephron, Henry Louis Gates, Jr, Malcolm Gladwell, Adam Gopnik, John Lithgow, Anna Deveare Smith, George Stephanopolous, and Ali Wentworth. Neiman Marcus makes a note that the guest list is subject to change. Proceeds from this purchase go to First Book, Neiman Marcus' 2009 Christmas Book charity.

His and Hers ICON A5 Sports Aircraft, with pilot training, $250, 000. The aircraft meets FAA standards and has an amphibious hull and landing gear, GPS system, it can run on aviation fuel or automotive gasoline, its flight instruments are FAA-approved and it comes with a custom trailer, among other things.

2010 Jaguar XJL Supercharged Neiman Marcus Edition, $250, 000. Only 50 models of this car will be made. Amid technology innovations, this car will also feature massaging front seats and a heated steering wheel.

Next to these items, the Mark Libby Insect Lab Specimen Artwork at only $8, 500 (not including delivery), or the Limited Edition Mission One Electric Motorcycle, billed as the world's fastest motorcycle, at $73, 000, seem like a deal.

If this is still a little steep for your budget, you might want to look at some of the less-expensive items in the catalog. How about this Neiman Marcus Exclusive: two pairs of cashmere-blend socks for only $98.00, or a handbag hanger, made of Swarovski crystal, for $28.00. The hanger fits on any table, and comes in pink, green, or clear crystal. Or there's the 2010 Calendar/Paperweight, plated with silver for $25.00, and the dyed deer-leather manicure kit for $150.00, available in red, lime, pink, turquoise or orange.
