Cheap Chinese motorbikes I can get in South Texas?
I really don't have any money to spend on a motorbike, and I'm a heavy 6'4" guy with a 34" inseam who can't comfortably fit on any little bike, but don't mind riding a medium one. Do you know of any really cheap motorcycle that's street legal? I don't care about looks, as long as it has at least a 150cc engine, 250cc would be better, I want it to learn and to use it as a commuter.

What kind of motorcycle is best for me?
I need a cheap and reliable motorcycle a.s.a.p.? First of all, I have never rode a motorcycle before and don't know anything about motorcycles. I do know that they get insanely great gas mileage. I drive 35 miles to work and 35 miles back five times a week and the gas prices are killing me, not to mention the wear on my truck. I am on the verge of bankruptcy but I do have $2000 saved up. I think the best thing for me to do is buy a motorcycle and eventually it would be a great way to save money in the future. I have priced some bikes at the local dealership and the cheapest motorcycle that they had that would suit my needs was $5000. I can't get a scooter or a bike with a smaller engine because the drive to work is entirely on freeways, with average speeds of about 70mph. I've looked at used motorcycles and the only ones in my price range are either pretty old or beat up and it would be a waste of my little bit of money I have left to buy a bike that won't run very long or at all. Anyone have any realistic suggestions?
