best destination for sport activities !!?
hey,
can anyone give me some suggestions where is the best destination to travel in Europe (in Summer) for sport activities ? well, i don't like to travel and to see museums and sights of attractions .. i rather prefer to travel to do any sport activities which i've never done before such as surfing, wind surfing, quad bike tours, water jet ski activities, bunjie jumping and stuff like these .. any suggestions mates ??

How much is a decent amount of spending money for 4 nights in vegas? Room is all paid for. I dont gamble that?
nights in vegas, I`ll only gamble about 30 bucks a night on the slots but I wanted to go on the Quad biking tour, which is around $160 and a couple of small things. would about 600 pounds be enough for just me? And when I check-in, do I need a loaded credit card.. Oh and whats this resort-fee they`re gonna charge me? I dont wanna be ripped-off

Ankle pain after long bike ride. How long before riding again?
Rode 65 miles on bike tour last Sunday and probably wasn't prepared for it.
But not going the full distance of the tour after driving 2 hours seemed kind of like going to Cedar Point, riding one roller coaster and leaving.
Anyway my ankles have been hurting since Sunday, a situation that is not helped much by the fact that I also have to stand at work while cooking.
I have been icing them and I went in the hot tub yesterday but they are still not 100%.
The back of my ankles, like my Achilles tendon area.
And what should I do until then?

Will a walmart bike hold up?
I bought a 140 dollar bike from walmart. it is a mongoose. my parents bought it for me a couple of years ago but i didnt ride it much. it probably has 50 miles on it at most. anyway i want to go on the 26.2 mile long beach bike tour. will it hold up? is there anything i should upgrade on it? I am thinking chain, rims, and definately tires. also what equiptment should i buy for a tour like this? i already have a camel back. one more thing....how about shoes, can i use newbalances or something? thanks!! any tips would be cool too :)
