The Cheating Tiger Woods Scandal costume- You will need black dress pants, white baseball cap, gray vest, blue, white and gray striped shirt, white glove, white sneakers. The Biker Jesse James With Tattoo Mistress Costume

First you need to decide if you want to dress up as Jesse all glamoured up or in grunge clothes smothered in tattoos. Now you can be Jesse James with Sandra Bullock, or choose one of his mistresses such as Michelle "Bombshell" McGee. Here is how to do both.

Jesse and Sandra Halloween costume- You can do Sandra as Miss Congeniality along with Biker Jesse, or Sandra and Jesse dressed up like shown here. For the dressed up version you will need a black suit, white dress shirt, navy blue tie, black vest, black dress shoes, slicked back hair, scruffy chin, and fake tattoos for Jesse.

For Sandra's costume you will need a long black fitted dress with blue accents on shoulders and chest area, hair pulled back into a messy ponytail, light natural makeup, high-heal shoes, white french manicure on nails, and a wide bracelet on arm.

Miss Congeniality costume use a prom dress or evening gown preferably strapless. Then place a New Jersey sash around your neck. Make sure the hair is completely straight down and sleek, with the top bang area to the side.
