It's waterproof so you don't have to worry about the rain, and fits comfortable on any part of your bike. If you are looking for a similar but more affordable version than you could try the "Tiny Frog" which only cost about $9 and gives you a little but of safety light. I would not recommend however that you depend on the tiny frog during bad weather. You may need something a little bigger for driver to be able to see you.
